How Inkbyt works: build, protect, grow

One system, three phases. Each one is a decision you make on purpose, and each one can be reversed.

01

BuildA site that is set up to be found. From $4,250.

02

ProtectSomeone responsible for it every month. Where most clients stay.

03

GrowMore of the right calls, once the first two are stable. Scoped separately.

Your site, Google listing, reviews, citations, and traffic all feed one picture that Google reads

Why a system instead of a menu

Most agencies sell services from a list. You pick web design, or SEO, or ads. You get that one thing. It works by itself for a while, and then it stops, because nothing around it was built to hold it up.

Google doesn’t read a business that way. It reads your site, your listing, your reviews, your citations, and your traffic as one picture of whether you are real and whether you are good. So that is how I run it. One picture, one person watching it.

The phases exist so you can enter at the level that fits your cash flow and your capacity, and move when it makes sense.

Where you start depends on what you have

Nobody has to begin at Phase 1. On the first call I tell you which one fits.

Start in Build if

The site you have never made the phone ring.

A template, a builder platform at its ceiling, or a site nobody has the login for. I replace it first, then run it.

Start in Protect if

The site works, but nobody is responsible for it.

Skip the rebuild. I take over the hosting, the updates, the listing, the reviews, and the monthly report.

Start in Grow if

Everything is stable and you can take more work.

Rare, and on purpose. Ads and new markets only pay off when the site converts and the listing is healthy.

Phase 1

Build

From $4,250 · 3 to 6 weeks

A foundation, not a brochure.

What it is. Replacing the site you have with one that is set up to be found. Fast on a phone. A page for every service you sell and every market you serve. Copy written for the questions people actually type. Analytics and structured data wired in from day one.

Who it is for. A business on a template site that never made the phone ring. A business on a builder platform that has hit its ceiling. A business whose “web guy” is gone and nobody knows the login.

How it goes. Discovery call. Proposal. Design, which you sign off on before anything is built. Build. Your review. Launch.

What every build includes

  • Custom design, no templates
  • A page for each service and location
  • On-page SEO set up before launch
  • Click-to-call and a short form
  • Analytics and tracking
  • Structured data, so Google understands each page
  • A review widget with real reviews
  • A launch checklist

Phase 2 · where most clients stay

Protect

$645 a month is where most clients land
$350 a month for stability and monitoring only
Per location

Infrastructure. Not campaign mode.

Once the site is live, it needs someone responsible for it. Not a project, a standing arrangement. This is the phase most clients stay in for years, and it is the part of the business I care most about getting right.

What gets watched. Uptime, security, updates, speed. Your Google Business Profile. Your directory listings. Your rankings by keyword and location. Your reviews, with a request workflow so they keep arriving.

What you see. A dashboard you can log into any time. A report each month that says what moved, why, and what happens next.

Phase 3

Grow

Scoped per initiative · ad spend from $1,500 a month · management $700 a month

Growth is a decision, not a default.

When the site converts, the listing is healthy, and the reviews are climbing, you can choose to send more people at it. Google Ads and Local Services Ads. Suburb pages in the towns you drive through anyway. A second market. Outreach material for whoever writes the bigger checks in your trade.

Each piece is scoped, priced, and approved on its own. It starts only when Phase 2 is stable and you can take the extra jobs without the callbacks and missed appointments that turn into bad reviews.

What you can expect

You own everything.

The domain, the hosting, the files, and the Google listing stay in your name. If we ever part ways, you leave with all of it intact.

You will understand what is happening and why.

Every recommendation comes with a reason. A live dashboard and a monthly report. No black boxes.

We move in stages, not all at once.

Phase 1 gets the foundation right. Phase 2 protects it. Phase 3 grows it.

You are not just buying a website.

The website is the tool, not the outcome. The outcome is more of the right calls, from the right people, in the markets you want.

You will have a real partner.

If something comes up outside the exact scope and I can help with it, I will. I am not walking away after launch.

Start with a 15-minute call

We look at your site and your Google listing together while we talk. I tell you what I see, which phase makes sense to start in, and roughly what it costs. If Inkbyt is not the right fit, I say so.
